Recovery Day Menu

When everything feels hard. Choose 1–2 items only. You are not lazy — you are healing.

Rest in a dark, quiet room with noise-canceling headphones
Gentle lymphatic massage or dry brushing
Nourishing bone broth, herbal tea, or smoothie
Warm Epsom salt bath or heating pad + favorite audiobook
Legs up the wall + slow breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6)
Text one safe person: “Rest day — sending love.”
Watch a comforting show with zero guilt
Repeat: “My worth is not measured by my productivity today.”
Step outside for 5–10 minutes of fresh air and natural light
Listen to a calming playlist or nature sounds with eyes closed
